Once you place an order, the wheels begin turning. Slowly. Mysteriously. Sometimes with printer ink.

âť– Processing Time

Each item is made to order. That means we don’t pre-stock inventory—we print as needed through a third-party fulfillment partner (Printful). Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days, but occasional weird delays may occur. Supply chains are fragile. So is time.

âť– Shipping Time

Shipping estimates vary based on your location, the phase of the moon, and the current state of the global infrastructure. Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking info so you can watch the package slowly approach you like an ancient secret.

We currently ship within the good ol' US of A. If you're off-grid, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

âť– Customs & Fees

If you’re ordering internationally, customs fees may apply. These are set by your local government and not by us. We don’t control borders (yet).

âť– Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order disappears into the void, send us a message. We’ll investigate. Politely. Then aggressively. Then politely again.


TL;DR:

  • Made to order = takes a few days.

  • Shipping = depends on where you are.

  • Delays happen, but we’ll help where we can.

  • We’re not Amazon. And that’s a good thing.
